Lead Orchestra
Work type: Built Lifecycle: Growth / Scale Card copy: Built a reusable data engine that turns different web sources into one consistent lead pipeline.
Lead generation gets messy when every new source becomes its own engineering project. One scraper returns companies. Another returns people. A third returns events or profiles. Each one has different fields, confidence levels and failure cases.
We built Lead Orchestra around a standard lead object so the downstream system does not need to understand how every source works.
A source-specific collector handles discovery. Lead Orchestra then structures the records, deduplicates them, attaches source context, enriches available contact information and prepares the result for export or another application. New sources can be added without rebuilding the rest of the pipeline.
The system supports browser-driven collection, structured scraping, enrichment, email and phone verification, confidence tagging and delivery through CSV, API or CRM workflows. It has been used to build specialized acquisition pipelines for use cases including event organizers, consumer apps and other narrowly defined audiences.
That architecture also lets Lead Orchestra work as an upstream data layer for other products. Lead Orchestra handles collection and structure. A CRM, internal sales system or Deal Scale can handle scoring, outreach and follow-up after the record is created.
